- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 T Molicious Mustard
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T minced onion
- 1/4 t celery seed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 5 lb pork roast

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Pour over roast. Marinate in refrigerator for 8-24 hrs. Drain & reserve marinade. Roast at 350’ for 2 ½ hrs. Baste with marinade frequently during last ½ hr. Enjoy!
