Crispy Molicious Mustard Roasted Chicken
  1. Preheat oven 350’ Place garlic, thyme, 2 t. salt, 1 t. pepper in food processer. Process until finely minced. Add panko, lemon zest, olive oil & butter. Pulse to moisten bread crumbs. Pour mixture into shallow bowl. Press chicken skin side down into mixture until crumbs adhere. Place chicken on a baking pan skin side up. Press remaining crumbs onto chicken. Bake 40 min. raise temp to 400’ bake another 10 mins. or until coating is browned and chicken cooked through. Enjoy!
