Thinly slice or pound chicken. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and thyme. Drizzle pan generously with olive oil and brown chicken on both side. Remove to a warm dish.
Add mushrooms and enough chicken broth to sauté' until tender. Add Molicious Mustard and remaining broth. Heat to simmer. Stir in cream and simmer until desired thickness. Return chicken to pan. Serve over pasta or rice. Enjoy!
