4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 T. olive oil
1 T. dried thyme
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
¼ lb. mushrooms
¾ c. chicken broth
¼ c. Molicious Mustard
1 c. whipping cream
Thinly slice or pound chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Drizzle pan with olive oil and brown chicken on both sides. Remove to a warm dish.
Using the same pan add mushrooms and enough chicken broth to saute’ until tender. Add Molicious Mustard and remaining broth. Stir to blend.
Add whipping cream. Heat to desired thickness.
